President of SwimMetro Management, Inc., Vice President of SwimMetro Construction, Inc.,  Investor/Board Member and Program Director of Aquatics for SportsQuest, LLC,   Owner and COO of SwimQuest Aquatic Center, and Head Coach for Quest Swimming (a USAS Sanctioned Team).

Dudley has made his mark in the aquatic world over the past 30-plus years, coaching competitive swimmers to state and national titles. His talented, hard-working teams have won Virginia state championships as well as been in the Top 10 in USA National Teams.  He coached Olympic Team qualifiers and an Olympic medalist. Dudley is a Level 5 Coach in the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) System.  As a result of his passion for competitive swimming, he is also driven to support and grow the aquatics industry. Gary R. Schultz, AIA, NCARB, Albany, NY
Director of Operations

Owner of Aquattica Pools and Water Parks, Inc.
In his 25-year history building and renovating commercial, institutional and municipal pools, Gary has immersed himself in virtually every area of the field, including design, engineering, construction and equipment.

He has a long history with all the major commercial swimming pool manufacturers and valuable experience working with USA Swimming committees as well as state and local code officials. Gary is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Business Economics.

Andrew S. Bell, P.E., Albany, NY
Senior Engineer

Thanks to his extensive experience with specialty pool construction companies, Andy remains up-to-the-minute on current pool construction techniques and applications as well as natatorium-related equipment and its manufacturers.

His experience has given him insight on Department of Health code compliance issues and how to work with state authorities.
Andy is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering (a major in Structural Engineering).

Richard Scott, AIA, NCARB, Austin, TX
Architect

Owner of Aquatic Excellence, Inc.
Richard has designed more than 225 aquatic centers in the past 30 years, with several world-class venues, such as the Atlanta Olympic Pools, to his credit.  However, his focus has been on building multipurpose aquatic space for instruction, water exercise, arthritis classes, swim teams, fitness lap swimming and recreation for schools and communities.

Prior to owning Aquatic Excellence, Richard served as a principal and vice president at the two largest aquatics consulting firms in the U.S. and is recognized as a Preferred Provider by USA Swimming. Richard is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. and achieved and MA from the University of New Mexico.

Kurt Schuster, Midlothian, Virginia
Construction Director

VP and Owner of SwimMetro Management, Inc.
Kurt has spent two decades repairing and renovating swimming pools. This gives him an operational knowledge of pools, meaning he understands how to improve their structural integrity and extend their life.

Heavily involved with the Red Cross, Kurt ranks fourth in the state for Red Cross Lifeguard /CPR – AED training – behind only government agencies in the amount of training he does. Kurt has a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
